Started out fine, but impossible puzzles near the end

We have enjoyed all the episodes up until this point. This one was fun up until the map which was impossible to do and even with the hints it didn't help. We needed to just use the answer to move ahead. And the next puzzles in the portal weren't much better. If this one wasn't needed to advance in the story I would highly recommend skipping. I am now wondering if I had an older version and it has since been fixed or updated. Disappointing episode considering the rest have been good and hoping going forward they are better than this one

Hi Kelly, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the challenges on this one. Was your envelope solid grey? Or did it have a subtle stone texture on it? The solid grey envelopes contain maps with some confusion on the back, which we've tried to clear up by issuing a notice at the very start of the online portal. But if you still had issues and your envelope was grey please let us know what specific part was confusing as we would love to help make the hints section clearer for you and other players as well.

This one was pretty rough in comparison to the others, the map was not a fun time. One part had mentioned there was a misprint and instructed us to ignore said misprint, however the part we were instructed not to use was imperative to obtain the clue. An hour wasted on something we were told to ignore but in the end actually needed in the first place. Crazy.

Intriguing as always

This one was a perfect challenge - each puzzle required a good amount of deduction, the theme was spot on, and each challenge was incredibly fun and fulfilling. I can't wait to continue the adventure!
